Can I cancel or edit my order after I've placed it?

Yes, you can edit your order directly from your dashboard at any time before we find an exam seat for you. You may also cancel it at anytime with a partial refund (exam fee).

To edit your order, go to your dashboard and click the Edit Order button next to your order. You can update your preferences including exam dates, cities, and other criteria.

Please note that it's possible our system may find you a seat based on your original order criteria before you edit it. In such cases, you won't be able to make further changes through our service, but you may still manage your scheduled exam directly on the Prometric website, subject to their rescheduling terms and policies.

How do I track the status of my order?

Log in to your account and head to the Dashboard, you will find Order Details button next to each order. Click on it to see the real-time status of your order, including searching, completed, or failed order status.

I think there's an error with my order. What should I do?

What is your refund policy?

We understand that things happen. We offer both full and partial refunds based on the specific circumstances:

  • Full Refund (Service Fee + Exam Fee): Full refunds areissued automatically if our service is unable to secure an available exam seat within the date range and locations specified in your original order. Refunds are processed within 14-30 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refund (Exam Fee Only): Partial refunds areissued for cancelled orders. The service fee is non-refundable. To request a cancellation and partial refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email

Once our service has successfully found and scheduled an exam seat for you, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.

When will my refund be processed?

If your order fails because we were unable to find a seat, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Mada, Visa, and Mastercard.
